Can I change my shipping address?
We understand mistakes happen. If your order has already shipped, FUNBOY has no ability to update your shipping address. Once your product ships, the carrier (i.e. Fedex or UPS) is responsible for the delivery of your order. If you contact us within 15 min of placing your order, we will do our best to update your shipping address but given the fast-paced nature of our warehouse, we can't make any guarantees. If your order has not shipped, contact us HERE and we will try our best to locate your package and update the shipping address.
When will my order ship?
Standard ground orders ship M-F within 24-48 hrs after being placed. Standard ground orders placed on a Friday will ship by the following Monday. Expedited Overnight and 2 Business Day orders placed before 12pm PT / 3pm ET ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm PT / 3pm ET will ship the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. Once your order ships you will recieve a second email with tracking for your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from email@example.com. You can click the tracking link in your email to track your package. Please remember, standard ground orders ship M-F within 24-48 hrs after being placed. Orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If you need help tracking your package, please contact customer service HERE.
My package never arrived or is lost what should I do?
We're sorry as we know how frustrating this can be! Once your order ships, the shipping carrier is solely responsible for the delivery of your order and Float Joy has limited ability to help. We often find that if you wait 24 hours the package will sometimes turn up. If your package is still not received, then contact the carrier (Fedex or UPS) that shipped your package (this information is provided to you via your tracking email). If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please contact customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
I placed an order with Expedited Shipping(Overnight or 2 Day), when will it ship?
If your expedited order was placed before 12PM Pacific Time M-F, your order will ship out same day. Orders placed after the 12PM PT cutoff will ship out next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PT Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. Due to the heavy nature of Float Joy products, Float Joy does not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. All Float Joy inflatable products undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers. If you believe your Float Joy inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, Please contact Float Joy customer service(email@example.com) to request a replacement product. Due to the inflatable nature of Float Joy 's products, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used. Once contacted us, Float Joy 's customer service team will contact you with any additional questions along with resolution for your claim.
Do you send return labels?
Unfortunately no. Due the large and heavy nature of Float Joy's inflatables, we cannot provide pre-paid or any return shipping labels. Customers are required to facilitate and cover any costs for return shipping.
What would disqualify my return?
All unused items in original and un-opened packaging that are received within 30 days of receipt will be fully refunded, less the original cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for products that have been used and as we have no way to assertain how the float was damaged.
Floats with a documented manufacturing defect, reported within 30 days of receipt are eligible for replacement. Please fill-out the defect claim form HERE. If your product was used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. For U.S orders, if your claim for a replacement is approved, we charge a $6 processing fee for the replacement product.
Due to high shipping costs and unexpected duties and taxes charges, Float Joy is unable to send replacement products. Instead Float Joy will offer you a full refund less duties and taxes for a faulty product.
How long does it take returns to process?
Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed once your order has be received and 3-7 business days for your credit card to be credited with your return purchase price. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number to notify us that your package has been returned.
Float Joy is unable to accept international returns due to the high shipping costs and unexpected freight costs.
